In the first panel discussion of the Stanford China Economic Forum, Yi Cui, director of the Precourt Institute for Energy; Gretchen Daily, Bing Professor in Environmental Science and director of Stanford Natural Capital Project; and Fuqiang Yang, senior advisor of the Climate Change and Energy Transition Program of Institute of Energy at Peking University, examine what environment and energy challenges the U.S. and China are facing and how the two countries can cooperate.
