The Office of Black Church Studies will present the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Lecture Series on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. The emphasis for our MLK events is centered on the public witness of the church. The lecture series will feature Bishop Gregory V. Palmer. Bishop Palmer serves as the Episcopal leader of the Ohio West Area of The United Methodist Church. He was assigned on September 1, 2012.
Bishop Palmer will be preaching via a virtual worship experience in Goodson Chapel at 11:35 a.m. This will be followed by an evening lecture via zoom with Bishop Palmer at 7:00 p.m. with an open conversation to follow immediately.
