Welcome! Thank you for tuning in to our 4th annual Voice.2.Voice Poetry Project Showcase, and our first ever online! We are so glad you're here with us.
We'd like to congratulate the finalists as well as all participating students from seven area schools across the peninsula who have used their authentic voices to celebrate those of the published poets. Bravi!
Evermore thanks to the wonderful teachers, parents, siblings, administrators, guest teaching artists, Opera House staff, and all of our supporters far and wide who keep our programs thriving. We'd like to give special thanks to Julia Bousma, Maine poet & 2019 Maine Literary Award winner, for opening the evening, and to Liz Rimar and Taylor Karin for being our extraordinary guest teaching artists.
