Hi friends, the last day of the year I was packing and traveling with the kids. So I left the cleaning for the new year. We spent New Year's Eve at my parents in law, my husband traveled there on his own because he had to work all day. I wanted to travel earlier in the day so it would be daylight. I don't like traveling through the dark with the children when people are lighting fireworks... So we got at the in laws safe and had dinner together. After we put the kids to bed we played games and when it was midnight we watched the fireworks. Victor woke up by the noise and watched the fireworks with us. At first he repeatedly said: 'oh no!', 'oh no!' but then he loved it and was really excited. Would you like to see some of that footage in a vlog? Anyway, january 1 we traveled home to our messy house...haha. My husband didn't have to go to work so he watched the kids and I powered through the cleaning. Not uninterupted because my 4 month old baby Vera needs me of course. But it was a pretty succesful cleaning day! I was happy about it! You'll see part 2 next monday. Stick to your New Year's resolutions, you can do it. Don't feel like you're behind, just jump in where you are. xox Lucinda
