The prefix “mega” refers to 10 raised to the power of 6—a.k.a, one million. While Santa Cruz’s Megatower might not have a million millimeters of travel, it does have mega (well, a lot of) adjustability, including bottom-bracket height and chainstay length, which lets riders dial the bike to their preferred specs. Not being overly long, low or slack, the Megatower capitalizes on a mix of agility and send-ability, creating a bike that is precise and predictable in every scenario.
Correction: The rear travel of the Megatower is 160mm, not 165mm as stated in the video.
