Ethiopian prosperity has improved markedly in the last decade, with the country rising three ranks to 150th in the world in 2019, and a narrowing of the gap with the prosperity for the sub-Saharan Africa region as a whole. Educational improvements in the country, mainly in pre-primary and primary education, have been a large contributor to the rise in prosperity. This video explores how those improvements have come about, and what they've meant for Ethiopians.
