In this video, I diagnose a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude that was towed in with a no-start condition.
The repair shop had already attempted to fix the issue and even replaced the starter motor, but the vehicle still would not start.
The customer also reported an Electronic Power Steering fault message on the instrument cluster. After scanning the vehicle, I discovered there was no communication with the Electronic Power Steering (EPS) module.
Instead of guessing, I tested the power and ground circuits for the EPS system and found the real problem — a broken ground cable at the block.
This video is a great example of why proper diagnostics beat parts replacement every time.
