A few highlights from my many flights at the 2018 Hartsel FPV meet.
I did more longer range proximity flying Saturday just after sunrise, and a 40 minute flight of the Nano Goblin (no HD) Sunday morning before everyone else was up. I am not a morning person, but these are the two days of the year I get up early to catch the smoother air. Next year I'm waking everyone up at the crack of dawn with a 5-6S quad, so there'll be more folks to fly formation with when the air is best.
Sorry for the somewhat click-baity thumbnail. I was the lead plane for most of that 4-5 way formation flight so didn't get a lot of planes in front of me. Here is a video from one of the Chimera's behind me, showing most of the flight.
