The 2017 K2 Poacher ski is a celebration of 20 years of K2 athlete-inspired innovation. A Clayton Vila and Sean Jordan collaboration, the K2 Poacher is our flagship tool of choice to poach the streets, icy park, or spring slush. A durable freestyle player both in the park and beyond, this stick has a Carbon Boost Braid and stiff flex profile for the added responsiveness you need to attack any feature. Metal rivets and a blended Double Barrel Core improve both durability and liveliness.

2017 K2 Marksman Skis DESCRIPTION & SPECS:
From its clean-edged graphics to its modern asymmetrical construction, the K2 Marksman adds a dash of class to any park party. Forged under the eye of K2 Factory Team leader Pep Fujas, this all-terrain slashing ski reflects its maker by integrating innovative style and maneuverability. Asymmetrical tip and tail maintain longer effective inside edge for enhanced stability and float, while the Marksman’s oversized taper on the outside predictably handles deep snow.

K2 SKI TERMINOLOGY DEFINED:
DOUBLE BARREL:
Denser core over the edge for durability combined with a less dense center core for reduced swing weight.
TWINTECH SIDEWALL:
Twin Tip specific construction increases the durability of K2 sidewall skis. A traditional sidewall construction produces a 90-degree angle where the top material and sidewall meet. The TwinTech construction rolls the top material into the sidewall, reducing the angle that is prone to abuse, minimizing ski-to-ski impact damage.
TRIAXIAL BRAID:
The patented Triaxial Braiding machine interlocks strands of fiberglass around a milled core, resulting in great torsional strength while retaining the lively flex patterns inherent in a wood core ski.
CARBON BOOST BRAID:
Braided carbon pattern in the forebody and tail for added pop and rebound in the critical areas.
