Last week I installed a replacement BCM in this Ram and it started to exhibit the same symptoms again. No left low beam, right front turn signal, left tail light all functions and wipers won't turn on. Additionally no codes stored in the BCM related to the lighting circuits. Problem turned out to be in the fuse panel.
