The American Bladesmith Society presents the 2016 International Master Smith Knife of the Year by Master Smith Rodrigo Sfreddo, Nova Petropolis, Brazil. The skill and artistry of Master Smith Rodrigo Sfreddo is shown in this video about the making of this knife. This “Modern Gaucho” knife with integral construction was forged in Damascus steel in a “W” pattern with gold inlay stamp. The handle is in his Keyhole style, with hidden tang and polished border, and desert Ironwood handle and will be available on Saturday, June 4, 2015 at 10AM in Room# 103 at the ABS Knife Auction during the 2016 Blade Show in Atlanta, GA.
