Glen Plake is often referred to as the pioneer of action sports including mountaineering and extreme skiing, Glen Plake has had nailed first descents in Europe, North and South America, and Asia.
Glen Plake’s quest to promote the sport of skiing also takes him to ski hills across the U.S. Glen hits the smaller ski areas because he loves meeting the locals at their home hills.
Glen Plake was inducted into the US Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame in April 2011.
