This is a review of the demo I gave in Digital Fabrication (a Fall 2015 course in the FSU Department of Art) this week. Students are designing board games that are political, socially conscious, subversive, etc. and also designing and casting their own game pieces. They are each modeling their game pieces in Fusion 360, milling them from machinable wax, and casting high temp silicone into the wax, to produce a mold for casting pewter. A 2-part mold is an option, but this video describes a simple 1-part mold.
