&BLUE is a three-person band from UC Berkeley. All members were involved in music groups prior to coming together. After a couple of spontaneous jam sessions and late night grubs, the members' passion for music and quirky personalities forged an inseparable sibling-like bond. &blue's soulful and laid-back vibe comes from a combination of different vocal timbres - Jenn's gospel sound, Patrick's buttery smooth tone, and Johnny's husky voice blend to make a sound they consider as delicious as a mocha-caramel frappuccino. Just kidding. But actually, &blue's different styles come together to make a wholesome, acoustic and vocal centered rhythm & blues feel. Hence, the name "&blue".

This year, Kollaboration SF is hitting the South Bay at the beautiful California Theatre with six fierce competitors who will be facing off for a $1000 Grand Prize and $500 Audience Choice Award. Kollaboration SF is the largest Asian American entertainment event in the Bay Area and part of a nationwide movement to empower Asian and Pacific Islander communities through entertainment. The winner of Kollaboration San Francisco 2013 has the chance advance to the final round and compete at Kollaboration Star. Come to Kollaboration San Francisco to find out who will have the chance to become Kollaboration Star and win the $20,000 Grand Prize!
