The Jetta Mk6 may be equipped with the hydraulic power steering or electric power steering depending on the model year. Pre-facelift vehicles used hydraulic systems, so there are no fuses for power steering and no electric motors in the system. After model year 2015, Jetta started using electric PS and so the fuse appeared on the battery fuse box.
