The Challenge Cup is where the Lucas Oil Off Road Series (LOORS) combine 2wd "PRO2" and 4WD "PRO4" for a dash for cash race after the points season has been settled.
To note a quick history of short course off road racing organizations SODA started in the early 70s-1997 then CORR lasted 1998-2008, it split to west coast LOORS 2009-2020, & Midwest WSORR 2007-2008 and TORC 2009-2017 Luckily Lucas oil stepped up for the midwest for 2 years 2018-2019 as LOMSCL https://midwestshortcourse.com/events..., and now for 2020 and current a new organization stepped up for the Midwest welcome (C.O.R.)
