As you guys can tell, this is my first life size animatronic! I’ve been wanting to do set up videos for quite a while so this was a video that I was really excited to make. And as you can tell, I was so happy when I got this thing because it’s an item I’ve been wanting to get for a really long time, but I just was never really able to get him, and now I finally got one. This is a 2008 model as you can tell by the title. I didn’t know that before when I was unboxing it, but at one point I looked at the box to see if it would tell me the year, and it said 2008, which I was pretty shocked about honestly. Never would’ve thought I’d get an original. And it’s cool that it’s my first life size too. As you can tell I do have to fix him up. Before I didn’t even realize it, which I don’t know how lol, but the head ended up not turning on one side and didn’t know why before. Also, the dancing wasn’t working either. I had him set up for like 4 or 5 days, and then I disassembled him and put him away, but since I was talking to a couple friends about how I’m gonna fix this thing and get help with it and everything, I decided to take him back out just to see if I can find out for sure of what’s wrong with it and it turns out that the head mechanism needs a new belt since the belt that’s already in there keeps getting stuck and as for the dancing, the motor for it isn’t even buzzing whatsoever. All the wires are still connected, but at this point, I’m thinking that it either needs a new motor, or it could be a component on the board that could be messed up. Or maybe if this thing has a speed dial, that could even be messed up. Not fully sure for the dancing mech, but I’ll definitely figure all that out soon, and like I said I’m gonna get help with fixing him up and everything. I hope you guys enjoyed my first setup video!🙂
