The PEGASYS Awards is an annual video competition and awards ceremony for public and educational access producers in the Ithaca, NY area, organized by staff and volunteers of Ithaca's PEGASYS Community Media Center since 1985. Host of the 2007 Awards is Studio Coordinator Lauren Stefanelli. Producers competed in 9 categories. Winners are: 1. Short Subject, Wies van Leuken; 2. Performing Arts, Don Bazley; 3. Comedy/Variety, Michael Dehart and Kyle Jamieson; 4. Live, Luke Uttaro; 5. Religion/Philosophy, Reverend Ronald Benson; 6. Magazine Format, Amy Zeleznock, James Bolton; 7.
