If you have a 05-09 Mustang and water is coming inside your floor board or onto your smart junction box in the footwell, this could be your issue! There’s a drain under your cowl vent that gets clogged overtime and in my case ended up completely ruining my cabin air filter (much better than frying all my fuses) so this is how you fix it.
