The second installment in 2004 for Hallmark's Singing Snowmen/Jingle Pals collection was the original "Jingle Pals".
The name for these guys is actually Jingle Pals according to the tag, but it can also be called "Snow What" due to the scarf on the snowman. Keep in mind 2007's "Snow What Fun Sledders" has a similar name, though. In general, "Jingle Pals" is just a name the collectors have dubbed for the collection, which was originally intended to be just the name of this 2004 installment. I like the name, so I've called it that, but I believe the official name for the series is the Singing Snowmen series.
The second installment is very similar to the first, using a simple Christmas-related song Jingle Bells, and just putting out a cute but simple duet. This is the only instance in which a snowdog exists, whereas in any other installment with a dog, the dog is not made out of snow. This is also the only use of the vibrating motion, which gives them the name Jingle Pals. This one is very adorable and a classic, possibly being the most iconic in the series. I don't know if I prefer it to 2003's Caroling Snowmen, but they come close in my mind. I am a big fan of the animal characters, and this debut of them wasn't a disappointment. Gotta love his little antlers and tail. As I have mentioned in my Unpackings video, I used to play this at my friend's house, who had this when we were little. I don't know if she has it anymore, but I finally got my own earlier this year.
This one, like 2003's Caroling Snowmen, takes 6 AA batteries, 3 on the snowman, 3 on the snowdog, and if you only load batteries in the snowman (the button is on his hand so it wouldn't work in the snowdog only), there will be pauses when the snowdog is supposed to sing- er, bark.
