In 2002, the Sweet Adelines International competition was in Nashville, TN. Sandi Wright and her mom, Janet Johnston, were part of the "Family Chorus." Janet had had a stroke and we knew this would be her last on-stage appearance. She died two years later. What a proud moment to be post-stroke and so determined to perform with Sandi. They are in the front, slightly right of center.
