Can finally see what I'm doing now that I degreased the engine. Oil filter sits "right side up" so it dumps oil everywhere when you change it; 15 years of that under the engine. Grass, mouse remnants, and other schmegma had the fins clogged up for the most part. All clean; now it can breathe.
