in 2000 Nhc From both Epac and Atl found out that el nino and la nina wont be there for at least 20 to 30 years
in the same year Atl NHC changed the names and list
in 2002 Epac NHC changed their names and list
These Animations Will be a build up to a mega animation
One that would not only break records...

but change both basins forever
