Outside of me having to run back for potions at Vanguards, this was a solid run that shows how you should do things as a crosser. I ran BGS as we were all bringing voidwakers due to the no-crystal Vasa strategy becoming more of a norm.
Main things:
Be mindful of how your items are in your inventory to make banking go by quicker.
At Vesp, when it's health gets low, start running toward the exit after sending one more attack or so. As this allows you to cross faster.
Check with team at Phase 3 if people have 2 hammer specs, if that's the case, send 2 shadows and then prepare to spec, otherwise shadow once then prepare to spec.
