Dear athletic people who screamed internally while watching this,
I hear you. I screamed internally (and externally) as well. I am the least athletic person I know. My pushups were very bad quality, especially the ones in the very beginning. My back was not flat. I could not do a 90 degree angle. I switched to the knee kind of pushups, and I'd like to think I got better at it towards the end. I tried my best and that's all I can do. Let's all just try our best.
I live in awe of you and your perpetual strength and stamina.
