The 20th anniversary of the marathon is a special milestone for our P&G team. This year, 583 employees participated, making us the largest corporate team at the event. For our runners, the atmosphere at the starting line is a mix of excitement and anxiousness, a shared feeling that brings everyone together.
Many of our employees have been part of this journey for years. One runner recalls how she got hooked by the Always 5K, which in its early days was a women-only race, creating a "most beautiful picture" and a uniquely friendly atmosphere. This history is part of our story and shows how sport acts as a driver for community.
