This video contains my opinion on 3 years of allowing turbo on the same board as no assist runs.
It is a rather long video where I go over the context to many of the turbo changes and discuss important arguments made in favour of turbo - from my perspective.

I hope you don't enjoy this video because it's not my typical content, but I made it for a reason - I disagree with the latest rule changes in the Metroid Dread SRC leaderboards and will not continue to submit my runs to that board. For that reason I believe it is important for people to understand why I'm doing that. But that doesn't mean I'll stop playing the game, just won't submit to the boards.
