Two years ago I installed a 5.16 kW solar array, a 5 kW GivEnergy hybrid inverter, and 2 × 9.5 kWh batteries at a cost of £13,491.97.
Since then, we’ve gone fully electric, disconnected from gas, and charge two EVs at home — so after two full years of real-world usage, what does the payback actually look like?
