These two coaches have nearly identical layouts but their differences are their respective strengths.

The Pleasure-Way Plateau XLMB and the Leisure Travel Vans Unity Murphy Bed are two of the top B+ murphy bed layout coaches. They're both built on the Mercedes Sprinter cut-away chassis. They have all the safety features - even their layouts are nearly identical. But that's where the similarities end.
The Unity is over 2 feet longer than the XLMB clocking in at over 25 feet in length. It has a lot more exterior storage: 55cu. ft. and it utilizes a slide to give you a larger bed.
The XLMB is only 21'9" in length making it much more drivable and park-able and it has no slide and much less exterior storage: 18.5 cu. ft. But it still manages to have nearly the same length bed and it preserves walk-around space when the bed is down - something the Unity cannot do unless its slide is out.
Perhaps the biggest difference between the two are their respective warranties: 5 years for the XLMB and 2 years for the Unity.
I recommend the Unity for folks who need an extra 100lbs of cargo carrying capacity and are willing to put up with a longer coach and a shorter warranty. For everyone else, I recommend the XLMB with its superior warranty and nearly identical layout in a shorter coach.
