Residents at 30 McEwen Avenue in Ottawa say they are still without hot water two months after a Canada Day flood devastated the apartment building. CTV's Dylan Dyson reports that the building's basement filled with 12 feet of water on July 1, knocking out power and forcing hundreds of residents from their homes. Most have since returned, but residents on floors two through eight remain without hot water, while elevator problems are creating accessibility challenges. Residents say they are still paying full rent while waiting for answers about possible credits for the missing services. The building's owners, Saikley Properties, did not respond to CTV News' request for comment.
