2 Important RV Buying Tips - Plus Everything I Found Wrong In Our New Arcadia 3660rl
So after buying 2 new campers from 2 different RV Stealerships I've thought of 2 tips that could help you before you buy. The first being if you have the time go ahead and spend a couple hundred bucks to have an RV inspector come and check out the rig before you sign, this way the stealership has to fix everything before you take ownership. We did not do this the first time we bought a camper and when we came back in for our "FREE" 90 day check up with a list of things wrong, they kept our camper for 3 weeks then told us nothing was wrong with the camper and tried to charge us $500 dollars for looking at it. The second tip I would recommend is if you are dealing with a sales person from a distance like we did on our second camper, I would either do it through email or if it has to be done by phone I would record the conversations. Sales personal are slimy and will say anything they think you need to hear to get inside the stealership. With our second camper I dealt with our sales person over the phone and when I repeated information she gave me back in person I was in not so many words called a liar, that she never said such things. The rest of the video is a walk through of me pointing out all the things that were wrong with the camper and I will fix myself.
