Webinar 2 - Adaptation for nature conservation
This is the second webinar in the Natural England climate change webinar series.

It moves on from the impacts of climate change to how we can build resilience and adjust to change for ecosystems, habitats and species.

We look at the benefits of restoring natural processes and the need to adjust management to inevitable change.

Topics include designing and delivering ecological networks and the need for monitoring and adaptive management, including key messages for conservation including the proposed Nature Recovery Network.

We also share resources to help plan adaptation action including the new edition of the Natural England and RSPB Climate Change Adaptation Manual. This webinar was presented by Natural England climate change specialists – Mike Morecroft, Simon Duffield and Sarah Taylor.
