UPDATE 4 PM CST 1/13: Another person arrested, Athena STILL MISSING!

They're tight lipped about who is who and what they are to these children and there are different stories going around, so I'm not going to guess on anything. All that matters is Athena is still missing and clearly several - many adults in her life failed her.
