R/C boat with O.S. outboard engine GEORGE ZARIFIS 2014-07-17 | This is our new R/C boat, powered by an O.S. 21XM VII outboard engine. The remote control system is the Futaba 4YF but only two of the four channels are being used. Because the engine hasn't been broken in yet we are forced to use a rich fuel to air mixture and only 15% nitromethane. As a result the boat doesn't reach full speed. RC boat with O.S. 21XM outboard engine first float GEORGE ZARIFIS 2014-04-25 | This is our new R/C boat, home-designed and home-made, using an O.S. 21XM outboard engine. This is its first float so it is running at low speed-it can go a lot faster. The test float was done in lake Trichonida, a beautiful lake in Greece. As you ma be able to see in the video, the boat has a tendensen to lean to the right but this can be fixed very easily by adjusting a stabilizer rudder.All parts for this boat including the birch plywood with which the body of the boat is made were bought from http://www.towerhobbies.com

The battery immmediately stared to expand anf after few seconds it exploded producing green sparks. The top piece flew over 15 meters high (50 feet) and the lithium core landed near the torch in flames. That black liquid that you saw pouring out of the battery was some type of insulator.

Firecracker cannon vs firecracker tank GEORGE ZARIFIS 2013-10-13 | This can be considered to be my very first video. I took two 2mm Faber-Castle pensils and I removed the mechanism. Then, I made a base for the one of the two pencils and I sticked the other one on a model car. Finally I was able to put two 4mm firecrackers in each cannon so it could shoot airburst prolectiles.
