He delayed more tha suppose to be due my dealings with my real life, however... have no worry! He will be released next weekend!!!
Currently Tobirama is in final testing phase so myself and testers could get rid of some those weirdly bug only AI could do.
Furthermore, previous released Anko, Daibutsu and Kie will be no longer downloadable in my google drive: Reason - they are being updated to fit new HUD you can see from video plussome bug fix. Since their updates are just HUD update and bug fix they wont delay to have their updated version completed.
New features:
1- In the video, you can see the newly assist HUD where while you are attacking, at random, assists will randomly appear, do something then disappear.
2- Critical Hit mechanic
You can also see one of assists turning into permanent assist rather temporary assist (Hiruzen Sarutobi). Tobirama has 2 assists: young Danzo and young Hiruzen.
