In this video I show off a build that allows the exotic hand cannon Sturm to get defeats in 1 tap/headshot. This is a Sturm & Drang build for pvp in Destiny 2, using the Charged with Light mods, and combining it with other different mods, as well as knucklehead radar and Spectral Blades in Destiny 2 Season of Arrivals.
