to Arkansas State Capitol L.R., Ar.
I broke away from this ride in Mayflower, Ar. and hit the Interstate. I got to the Capitol about 30min ahead of the Group. This gave me time to setup my camera, while doing so a gentleman named K.L. Williams approached me and introduced himself as the man responsible for creating this Group Run. K.L. is not a member of the Punisher M.C., and he started telling me the story of
Dewayne Seeley. Dewayne was in the military and served as a Naval SeaBee who had passed with no family to accept his Memorial Flag in Dewayne's Honor and K.L. acquired the flag. K.L. not knowing what to do with a War Vets Memorial Flag he contacted the Diamond State Punishers. The Diamond State Punishers where willing to accept this Flag and place it in a place of Memory and Honor. Be4 the ride The Punishers started off with Pledge of Allegiants and Prayer. We flew the American Flag proud and Honored our Country as well as a gave a Fallen Vet a home.
