Hello friends of Kevin and Carly! We have been working tirelessly this year on our new invention: Ice Skate Ankle Pads. For many winter seasons, I would go outside to play some pick-up hockey as the local outdoor ice rinks became frozen. Every year the problem would remain the same,.. my feet and ankles would hurt horribly,.. to the point where I would have to sit-out on the snow and rest, off my feet for a few minutes before I could get back up and put pressure on my skates again. Last year I even tried two or three new pairs of ice skates, which almost made the problem even worse. Even after baking my skates, and pushing out the edges, custom-molding them to my feet, the problem persisted. My ankles would be bruised for weeks, and I wouldn't be able to play hockey again without two or three weeks of rest to let them recover first.
I thought, there had to be a way to get rid of this ice skate ankle pain...
There wasn't...
So I spent the next year researching and developing a way to bring ice skate ankle relief to the masses...
I went through many blueprints, fabrics, materials, proprietary designs, and prototypes... I even bought my own sewing machine and turned our living room into a bustling Christmas workshop ..(Carly was not too pleased..)
Several months of hard work, testing, and business licenses later, the 1Lifeonearth Ice Skate Ankle Pads were born.
