That could mean a number of things including different eras of history, time travel and time machines, day/night mechanics, and a focus on characters related to or based on time.
Yes, this is a long video clocking in at a little over three hours! Too long, in fact. We got a bit carried away in our discussion but we also managed to give each board the spotlight it deserves. Expect 5-15 minutes spent discussing each one. Here are some timestamps to make it easier to jump around:

Our 14 submissions have been carefully studied and reviewed and now it's time for SuperZambezi (Michael Koczwara) and SpiderStaryu to sit down and chat about the good and the bad of each board. The goal in our criticism is to help you in the best way that we can. We will point out the things that we love and the things that we do not love. Please don't take anything to heart, we are so incredibly happy for the turnout and just the fact that people took the time to submit something is already a huge win in everyone's book. Ultimately it is just our opinion!
Each board in the contest can be imported to PartyPlanner64, a custom board editor that allows you to import your own board creations into Mario Party 1, 2, and 3.
