Edit: I just noticed Smokey9112 uploaded a video about this safespot yesterday. Kind of ruined this video because the main purpose was to show the safespot (because this is nothing hard). Thought I was first :S
This is only possible by trapping Nomad in the southwest corner. "Walking" him in any other way won't work because of the Random Freeze and Random Daze handicaps. You can find the list of all handicaps at rune wiki: runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Dominion_Tower#Handicaps
This is nothing super hard. The only thing to pay attention to is when the Random Freeze and Random Daze will activate and make sure you don't attack right before (which will get you stuck outside the safespot). There is a ~3 second warning in the chatbox, so it can be avoided quite easily.
The fight was about 34 min long.
