SC Public Safety Officer Lt. Warren Stocker unlawfully arrest 1A Auditor Eobard Thawne Audits
live on YouTube 6-8-21 for failing to show ID while filming in an unrestricted area on state property.
Approved by a Captain and other officers they all violate Eobard's 1st and 4th Amendment right
by searching and seizing him, and his property. They cuffed, and detained him, turned off his
live stream, seized his car and camera phone. He was handcuffed for hours in the heat while they took turns rummaging through his vehicle. Lt. knowingly lied and falsified the incident report,
not understanding that the live stream was already uploaded and published.
Eobard has since taken a break from auditing.
