You know with all this mini bike content, we had to do a mini bike build 😈 We have have been working on this 1998 KX60 for a minute! We picked this girl up in November and have been hunting down parts and getting things freshened up since 💚 It’s been a ton of fun getting this thing together, and turns out MotoSport.com and All Balls Racing had all the OEM and aftermarket goods from new plastics to all new bearings, seals, gaskets and crank.
Next was to make this thing rip, and that came from Phat Head Racing doing me a gnarly 72cc cylinder with a head. This thing absolutely rips, bottom to top 🤝 To go along with that we are running a Lectron Fuel Systems Billetron to make it run clean and mean 🔥 Vintage Works MX took his time to get the suspension cleaned up and fixed to perfection. He did me a custom shock to go along with the rebuilt forks. BBR Motorsports bars and top triple clamp were a necessity. Dubya fully rebuilt my hubs, along with doing spokes and custom green rims 🟢 and I set them on Dunlop tires.
Backyard Design cooked up the throwback graphics and Guts Racing did the seat foam. Of course we have Renthal chain and grips. Bolt Motorcycle Hardwear with all the new bolts! Maxima Racing oils and fluids. MASSIVE thanks to every one of these sponsors to keeping the fun going. Had a blast building this thing with Sam Nicolini 😋 Don’t worry, the riding video is coming up.
