Bored, and actually had some time so decided to whip up a mix tape with music I'm currently listening to as of lately. I hope to do one each year, or whenever what I'm listening to differs significantly.I'm not ready for a huge time investment on making YouTube videos yet, so I figured I'd make a quick one of me getting ready for making the tape. It's been so long I almost forgot how to use my ZX-7!Sorry for all the dust! I can barely notice it bad in person, lol!
It turns out that this isn't a great performer. Some dropouts, but it gives it a retro sound. Also I can't go beyond 0 db with Dolby B like with the other Type I tapes (Sony HF, TDK D, and Maxell UR). Disappointing, but still sounds pretty decent. Needed to be slightly over-biased to bring the highs closer to source.
