Hello once again! In this car commercial of the past, we have a 1991 Toyota Corolla Commercial, one of the best and reliable cars of it's time.
Now about some specifications, the Base 1991 Corolla had a 1.6 Liter, Inline Four Cylinder Engine that produced 102 Horsepower at 5800 RPM in Front Wheel Drive Layout. A 5 speed manual transmission was standard, with a 3 Speed Automatic or 4 Speed Automatic Transmissions as options. Torque was rated at 101 LB-FT at 4,800 RPM. This was a very peppy car at the time.
6 Trim Levels were offered for the 1991 Toyota Corolla; Base Model, DX Mid Level Trim, GTS Sport Oriented Coupe Trim, SR5 Sport Oriented Coupe Trim, LE luxury trim, and the DX Mid Level Wagon trim. All engines came with a 1.6 Liter, except for the GTS sport oriented coupe trim that had a 1.6 Liter, Inline Four Cylinder, factory tuned engine that outputted 130 Horsepower at 6800 RPM. Torque was rated at 105 LB-FT at 6,000 RPM.
If you wanted a very reliable, two or four door vehicle in 1991 with a lot of pep and considerable amount of torque, the 1991 Toyota Corolla would be your best choice at hand.
