This commerical is from the 90s, but could be both 1992 or 1993. The Empire Carpet was later known as Empire Today. I had to share and show this commercial to see if the Empire commerical watchers recognized this.

Edit: According to a comment, this commercial is revealed to be that it's actually from 1995, but it's without the "800" number.
