Commercials that were found on a VHS tape that were from a local flea market. The Commercials were shown on February 15, 1999 during the ""First Dogs: The Presidential Companions" on Discovery Channel in the Washington, DC area.

It was captured using a Panasonic AG-1980p S-VHS Player. A Elgato Game Capture HD Device with a passthrough of the Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-ES15 has used to transfer the information into a computer.
