Edit: Now you can pay 60k per hour in Blast Furnace so the NPC's will do all the work
This is the way i did train my smithing.
2015 Edit: Now you have a grand ex. You better make dart tips from the mithril + adamant bars. and sell the rune bars instead of smithing (only smith rune items after 99).
