This poor car sat for 2 years. I put about 500 miles on this transmission and wasn't feeling the GM Synchromesh trans flui. It gave a couple grinds into 2nd so I just installed some Valvoline Dex/Merc with friction modifier. Put in some fresh Rotella T4. It has been on a tender religiously. After about 3 or 4 cranks it fired right up. Got some fresh 93 and drove a bit. Seemed to do fine!
