North West Tonight's Bob Whittaker reports on the renewed popularity of flared trousers amongst the youth of Manchester. For now, the flares - made at Joe's denim factory in Stockport - are not available in big chain stores, they're only available in independent retailers in places like Affleck's Arcade.
