This is when my friend Adrián and I took delivery of a car I wanted for a long time, a 1986 Honda Today. This car and I have a history together. It was imported by the museum I work for in 2017 and I drove it to many car shows and import meets. The last time the museum had it on display was in the 軽自動車 exhibit in 2023. After that it was sold to a disreputable flipper, who in turn sold it to a kid who didn't know what he was buying. That kid took it on a road trip and blew the head gasket somewhere on I-65. He also hit a pole with the passenger front corner. When I saw the car on FB marketplace, I nearly cried. Now I've bought it with the intention of resurrecting the little car and taking it to shows again.
